Rising Nigerian singer-songwriter Braye, recently nominated for an AFRIMA Award in the Best African Artist, Duo or Group in African RnB & Soul category, continues the journey of his debut EP I Wish I Had More Time with the release of the official music video for Bring You Home, out September 16 on YouTube.
The video, directed by Roots & Rebels, is a breathtaking one-shot performance piece starring Olamide Olawale and Wisdom Tonye, two young dancers from Lagos’ renowned Leap of Dance Academy. Known globally for offering free, world-class ballet training to underprivileged children, the Academy has become a beacon of creativity, resilience, and opportunity in Nigeria’s dance scene.
In Bring You Home, Braye and his collaborators channel the song’s essence, passion, longing, and desire, into a moving dance interpretation. With graceful choreography and raw emotion, Olamide and Wisdom embody the intensity of love and connection, while Roots & Rebels’ direction brings an intimacy and urgency that makes the visual unforgettable.
With its seamless one-take execution and striking performances, the Bring You Home video cements Braye’s growing reputation as an artist deeply committed to pairing his music with powerful visual storytelling.
