Eniola’s academic journey has been foundational to her professional growth. She holds dual degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U) and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Igbinedion University. These educational experiences have significantly shaped her work ethic, determination, networking abilities, and interpersonal communication skills. They’ve also instilled in her a research-oriented approach to continuous learning. Eniola immerses herself in extensive reading, invests in indirect mentorship opportunities, and leverages the wealth of resources available on the internet to stay updated in this ever-evolving industry.
Eniola’s passion for music has been a constant in her life, and she’s always been drawn to understanding the business aspects of the industry. Recognizing the need for problem-solving skills in this field, she decided to build a career around addressing these challenges. Her first opportunity came through a colleague’s recommendation, which led to a project with Soundhalla. This opened the door to the vibrant world of music marketing and management. Navigating the industry without prior experience presented significant challenges initially. However, Eniola’s curious nature drove her to be proactive—asking questions, seeking guidance from mentors, and paying close attention to information shared within her professional circle.
One of Eniola’s most significant achievements was working on a project that catalyzed remarkable growth for an artist. The project culminated in tremendous success, with the artist’s work dominating radio airplay, playlists, and social media, ultimately topping the charts. She’s particularly proud of her work on DOTTi The Madam’s “dearest” album. Hits like “Hello Sisi” went viral on TikTok, while “Alo,” “Handwriting,” and “Forever Sweet” experienced renewed popularity. Eniola’s approach to helping artists achieve significant growth involves creating strategic plans, implementing effective marketing campaigns, and managing projects comprehensively from inception to completion.
