Abiodun’s real break came at Ejoya Entertainment Limited in Lagos. Starting as an intern, she didn’t just learn the ropes; she mastered them. She dove deep into music distribution, A&R, and marketing, eventually becoming a full-time member of the team.
She didn’t just watch projects happen; she made them happen. From managing the submission process to coordinating releases on digital service providers, she was in the middle of it all. Notably, she played major roles in Soulaar’s debut EP Cosmic and the Ejoya Class of 23 & 24 series as co-A&R and project manager.
Bringing Creative Visions to Life
Today, Abiodun is a project manager and production associate at Thodd Creative Limited, where she helps lead the planning and execution of photoshoots and video shoots. She handles the less glamorous but mission-critical details like sourcing equipment, organising teams, and making sure every cog in the creative wheel turns smoothly.
Her work is both strategic and collaborative. She brings together directors, stylists, dancers, and models to create visual magic. She doesn’t just manage logistics; she manages people, aligning creative visions with real-world execution.
Expanding Her Influence with MINZ
Her talents didn’t go unnoticed. She now serves as Operations Executive for rising Afrobeats star MINZ. From coordinating daily schedules to managing visual content and live performances, Abiodun is the go-to for flawless execution. She even earned a project manager credit on MINZ’s debut album, By Any Minz.
A Full-Circle Return to Talent Management
Recently, she returned to talent management—this time with sharpened instincts and industry experience. She’s helping a rising artist craft their brand and build a career, showing her evolution from enthusiastic newcomer to seasoned mentor.
She’s also worked with top Afrobeats stars on production sets, though she remains professionally discreet. But her influence? Loud and clear.
