Born and raised in Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Braye is part of a new generation of artists who aren’t afraid to blur genre lines and tell their truth. A self-taught multi-instrumentalist, his music draws inspiration from the likes of Amy Winehouse, Ray Charles, Frank Ocean, Asa, Bon Iver, and Bob Marley; yet his sound remains uniquely his.
With “I Wish I Had More Time”, Braye isn’t just releasing music; he’s inviting listeners into his world. One that’s filled with soft chaos, raw honesty, and a longing that lingers long after the final note fades.
