Ghanaian Afro-fusion duo Lali X Lola have officially released their brand-new single ‘Crox It Out’, written by Lali X Lola & Antoine Mensah, and produced by Rappidd.
The track launches a powerful new chapter in the annual MX24 “CroxItOut” campaign, an initiative that uses music, mentorship, and action to raise awareness for breast cancer across Ghana.

Lali X Lola Use Music to Power Breast Cancer Awareness in Ghana
The single’s release sets the stage for the duo’s upcoming breast cancer awareness media tour across Accra. Through radio, TV, and digital platforms, they’ll engage audiences and stress the importance of early detection and treatment of breast cancer.
Since its inception, the CroxItOut campaign has impacted over 21 high schools in Ghana (2024–October 2025). By combining education, mentorship, and music, the campaign continues to empower the next generation of young Ghanaians.
CroxItOut 2025: Concert and Community Impact
The highly anticipated CroxItOut Concert is set to be the biggest highlight of this year’s campaign.
Hosted by Lali X Lola and headlined by Gyakie, the event will feature:
- Live performances from top Ghanaian female acts, DJs, and dance groups
- A Pink Fair showcasing women-led businesses
- Free breast cancer screening for the local community
This blend of entertainment and advocacy shows how music can truly drive social change in Ghana.
